Professional and timely. I own another home in baltimore, and I needed work done to it right away. They came right out to give me an estimate. Work was done and the amount I paid did not kill my pockets. I am a rraltor and refer them to all my commerical and residential clients!

I highly recommend Custom Flow Plumbers! Their service has been consistent and reliable - I would not call anyone else. Gideon, the owner is a gracious young man who really knows his craft - he is always quick to diagnose the problem and fix it! He is the best!

This was the plumbing service our home warranty used when we called and about our hot water heater not working. The company was very busy. My initial call to our home warranty was on Saturday but Custom Flow Plumbers weren't able to see us until Friday. Mr. Brown was very friendly and punctual. One look at our hot water heater and he knew right away that it would have to be replaced. He took pictures and submitted it to our warranty company right away. Even though the warranty company dragged their feet with the claim, Mr. Brown stayed on top of them and called and texted us to let us know the status. He even made an appointment for the new heater installation even though the part hadn't arrived because he wanted to make sure we didn't have to wait another week for the installation. Long story short, six days after they first visited our home, we have a brand new hot water heater and I could not be happier with the professionalism of our technician. The only thing I found frustrating was my initial call to the office. No one ever answers the phone. But once contact was made, I was satisfied. I will definitely use Custom Flow Plumbers if was have any other issues in the future. Thank you!

I want to highly recommend Custom Flow and specifically Gideon Brown if you need plumbing assistance. Gideon was very knowledgeable on the problem and how to resolve it. He remained persistent in addressing the issue until it was adequately resolved. In addition, he was professional and friendly with a positive attitude.

I had the pleasure working with Gideon from Custom Flow Plumbers. He is very professional, friendly, and transparent. He diagnosed the plumbing leak I had and fixed it quickly. The pricing was also very reasonable. Gideon took the time to explain what the issue was and the correct way to install the pipe that was originally done poorly by the builder. I would definitely recommend their services to others!
