Our story
Custom Flow Plumbers was founded in 2015 in Oxon Hill, Maryland, by a plumber with over 30 years in the trade. The idea was simple: a plumbing company that explains the work in plain English, shows up when it says it will, and stands behind what it installs.
Nearly a decade on, that hasn’t changed. We’re still based in Oxon Hill, and we now serve homes across the entire DC metro area — Maryland, Virginia, and Washington DC. What has grown is the team behind the name, and every technician who wears it works to the same standard the company was founded on.
How we work
- Plain English, before work starts. You hear what’s wrong, what the fix is, and what it costs — before we pick up a wrench.
- Written estimates. The price is on paper, not a moving target.
- Your home left clean. Drop cloths down, debris out, shoes respected. The only sign we were there is plumbing that works.

The Custom Flow Promise — 2-Year Warranty
2-Year Parts & Labor Warranty. Every part we supply and install is covered — parts and labor — for two full years. If a part we put in fails, we come back and make it right. The fine print, in plain English: the warranty covers the parts and labor we supplied on that job. It doesn’t cover other parts of your system, new or unrelated problems, or damage from misuse. Drain cleaning isn’t covered — a cleared drain can clog again depending on what goes down it — but we’ll always show you what we found and what a permanent fix looks like.
